“Previously located in the buzz of Pop Brixton but now in our new location at Coldharbour Lane, we conjure up traditional Sicilian recipes combining the best of local produce and hospitality. By getting to know our local suppliers in Brixton Market, we have been able to find great ingredients at good prices. When unavoidable, we import produce from Sicily, direct from producers we have personally met and checked. Vegetables and oily fish are our staples, together with fresh herbs and olive oil. Our pasta flour comes from Molini del Ponte, Castelvetrano, Sicily. They pioneer the cultivation of non-hybrid, traditional durum wheat with a low gluten content, which also happens to be organic.”
