Bringing together elements of fine dining, casual eating, and street food through our small sharing plates and innovative pisco cocktails, Ceviche Soho was inspired by our founder Chef Martin Morales’ childhood in Peru and by the cooking of his great aunts Carmela and Otilia. Ceviche takes its inspiration from the unique flavours of Peru’s coast and the hip urban culture of Lima, Peru’s capital city.”

One of the eating and drinking bars that kick-started the current Soho food revolution, Ceviche is also responsible for guiding modern British tastes towards this famous Peruvian fish dish and demonstrating how important the finest, freshest ingredients are when all the “cooking” that goes on is a bracing little dunk in citrus juices. But, oh, that heavenly tiger’s milk of pungent liquid that you drink down off the saucers when the plate is empty – truly, the literal milk of that ferocious predator could not be more potent or life-affirming. Sitting up at the bar at Ceviche with a pisco sour, watching the world go by, is one of the great pleasures of modern urban life.
