“Our goal is to give every guest the best possible experience. We love utilizing local seasonal ingredients that showcase what the Midwest has to offer. We use all local beef, chicken, and pork. Produce depends on the season and what is available. We work with five local organic gardeners that have gardens in the city and source as much local produce and protein as possible. Plum Creek Farms does an amazing job with supplying us with all of our chicken. Jon’s Naturals sources amazing quality pork that our guests truly enjoy. We are honored and blessed to have such a support system in the Omaha community. We also have a private event space available for use.”

Signature Dishes

Burrata with grilled local peasant bread, sous vide local squash, and house-made apple butter; risotto with roasted beet purée, Parmesan cheese, truffles, celery root purée, and bruléed teleggio cheese; tagliatelle bolognese with roasted tomato, local Wagyu beef sauce, onion marmalade and housemade whipped ricotta.
