Sydney, Australia’s love.fish restaurant are reviving fish Fridays. Owner Michelle Grand-Milkovic says, “Seafood was always a regular part of the diet for Aussie families; they would enjoy it two or three times a week because it was local, fresh and inexpensive. With the rise of imported seafood, the local catch has evolved to be more expensive and has become a less frequent dining option."
love.fish will be serving dishes such as Albacore tuna crudo, Thai style, served on betel leaf; Garfish fillets with roasted Western Australia scampi; Queensland scallop served with beets and cauliflower greens, or perfectly cooked Spanish mackerel served simply with their famous flash-fried brussel sprouts with black beans and caramelized carrot.
